Shipping

Orders leave our US warehouse in 1–2 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.

Delivery times

TODO before launch: name the carrier and the real delivery window, and say whether it differs for Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. Do not publish a number you have not confirmed with your fulfilment partner.

Shipping cost

TODO before launch: confirm this matches the rates set in Settings → Shipping and delivery. The announcement bar currently says free US shipping over $50 — either make that true in your shipping settings or change the bar.

Where we ship

United States only for now.

If something goes wrong

Email us and a person will answer. If a box arrives damaged, send a photo and we will sort it out — you do not need to fight with the carrier yourself.
