Thirty days. If Washpico does not fit your life, send it back.

How it works

Email us within 30 days of delivery and tell us it is going back. We reply with a return address and instructions. Once it arrives we refund the original payment method.

Condition

We would rather you used it and found out than kept a box unopened. Send it back with the hose and the parts it came with, in a box that will survive the trip.

Who pays return shipping

TODO before launch: answer this in one plain sentence. "We pay" and "you pay" are both fine answers; being vague about it is not, and it is the single most common reason a customer feels cheated after a return.

Damaged or faulty on arrival

Send a photo. We replace it or refund it, and we cover the shipping either way.

Before you buy, though

The most common reason people return a small washer is that they expected it to handle bedsheets and bath towels. It will not. It is a clothes machine — underwear, socks, tees, baby clothes, leggings, shirts, gym kit. We say this on every page because we would rather lose the sale than take the return.
